The “UP Scholarship Yojana 2024” is a scholarship program launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to support the education of students from economically weaker sections of society.

To help such students, the Uttar Pradesh State Government is providing financial assistance in the form of pre-matric and post-matric scholarships to meritorious students. So that students can complete their studies without facing financial problems. Under this scheme, non-refundable school and college fees will be paid by the state government.

UP Scholarship Eligibility

• Must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh. (For UP Scholarship)
• There should be current registration in school, college or any institute.
• Only students of class 09 or 10 can apply for Pre Matric.
• Only students of class 11 or 12 can apply for Post Matric.
• Dashmottar: Any student except students of class 09, 10, 11, 12 can apply for UP Scholarship.

UP Scholarship 2024 Documents

To avail the benefits of UP Scholarship Scheme 2024, students must have the following required documents mentioned here.

• Aadhaar card of students
• Family Annual Income Certificate
• Admit card issued by school and college
• Birth certificate or 10th mark sheet
• Student ID card
• Bank account passbook
• Caste certificate
• Address proof
• Qualification documents of all previous classes
• Receipt of annual compulsory non-refundable course fees
• Passport size photo
• Mobile number
• Email id
• Signature etc.

How To Apply for UP Scholarship 2024?

1. First of all go to UP Scholarship Scheme official website scholarship.up.gov.in.
2. On the home page, select Pre-Matric or Post-Matric Scholarship based on the qualification you are pursuing and then click on Registration.
3. Now according to the category, click on Free Matric or Post Matric “Registration (Fresh)”.
4. Now the page of Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Scheme 2024 online form will open in front of you, enter the necessary information in this application form and complete your registration by doing OTP verification.
5. After registration, come back to the home page and click on the login option for Pre Matric or Post Matric and click on “Login (Fresh)”, if you are already receiving scholarship and now want to renew it then click on “Login (Renewal) )” Click on. Then enter the registration number, mobile number and captcha code and click on “Submit”.
6. After submitting, you will see some guidelines related to UP Scholarship Scheme application, please read this information before proceeding further.
7. After this, pay attention and enter the complete information related to personal and educational qualifications required in the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Scheme online form.
8. After this scan and upload all the required documents.
9. Now check the entered information carefully and click on “Submit”.
10. After submitting the UP Scholarship Scheme application form, take a printout of it and submit a copy of it to your educational institution along with all the necessary documents.
11. It is mandatory for you to submit the scholarship application form along with all the documents to the educational institution within the next three days of applying.
12. While submitting the print out along with the documents to the official in the educational institution, be sure to obtain its receipt.
