Sonny Mehta India Scholarship: The UK-based University of East Anglia (UEA) has declared a fully supported annual Scholarship of £28,500 for promising Indian writers.

This scholarship has been established by Geeta Mehta in the year 2021. The scholarship is awarded in honor of her late husband, Sonny Mehta, Alfred A. Knopf, Editor-in-Chief of US Publishing House and Chairman of the Knopf Doubleday Group.
